About the role
As the Data / Salesforce Administrator at Good Things Australia, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to bridge the digital divide. You will manage and enhance our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organisation. This role involves system administration, user training, and process improvement to support seamless operations across various cloud-based tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into technical solutions, maintain data integrity, and support integrations to drive impact.
